MANCHESTER LIBRARY TO SHOW
“INVICTUS”

MANCHESTER – The Manchester Branch Library will screen the film, “Invictus” on Wednesday, June 30 at 2:00 p.m. and again at 6:00 pm. See this popular drama on a large screen without paying the admission fee of a movie theater!

The film tells the inspiring true story of how Nelson Mandela (Morgan Freeman) joined forces with the captain of South Africa’s rugby team (Matt Damon) to help unite their country. Believing he can bring his racially and economically divided country together through the universal language of sport, Mandela rallies his underdog rugby team as they make an unlikely run for the 1995 World Cup Championship match.

This PG13-rated movie is part of the library’s Feature Film Series. Although registration is not required, early arrival is recommended.

The Manchester Branch of the Ocean County Library is located at 21 Colonial Drive in Manchester Twp. Call 732-657-7600 for more information or go online to http://www.theoceancountylibrary.org.
